     William C. Childs was born in 1859 at Georgia.

     Charles S. Mizell was born circa 1842 at Georgia. He married Phronisca Priscilla Childs, daughter of William Childs and Mary Ann Shackleford, on 12 December 1866 at Talbot County, Georgia. Charles S. Mizell died before 1900.
     Charles S. Mizell appeared on the census of 9 August 1870 at Dwelling 1722; Page 284, Red Bone, Talbot County, Georgia; is age 28, and is farming. Phenecia and her children are enumerated with her mother. Since Charles is enumerated next door, I believe this is an error. He appeared on the census of 21 June 1880 at S.D.4; E.D.122; Page 47, Red Bone, Talbot County, Georgia; is age 38, married to Phonecia, and he is farming. Four children are with them.

     Antoinette 'Nettie' Mizell was born in December 1869 at Georgia. She married James A. Johnson, son of William Littleberry Johnson and Lenora Ann Childs, after 2 June 1900.
