     Frances Paul was born on 2 December 1912 at Anadarko, Caddo County, Oklahoma. She married Delphie D. 'Red' Isbell, son of Emmett Elzy Isbell and Louisa L. 'Lou' (?), on 12 December 1926 at Anadarko, Caddo County, Oklahoma. Frances Paul died on 2 February 2011 at Mennonite Manor, South Hutchinson, Reno County, Kansas, at age 98.
