Bertha Belk died on 20 July 1971 at Oak Manor Nursing Home, Nacogdoches, Nacogdoches County, Texas, at age 96; I have copy of death certificate. She was buried on 22 July 1971 at Glenfawn Cemetery, Glenfawn Community, Rusk County, Texas.

     Lemuel S. Belk was born on 23 March 1880 at Texas. He married Affie Amelia Leslie, daughter of Benjamin F. Leslie and Liza Moon, in 1903. Lemuel S. Belk died on 1 January 1966 at Henderson Memorial Hospital, Henderson, Rusk County, Texas, at age 85; I have copy of death certificate. He was buried on 3 January 1966 at Lakewood Memorial Park, Henderson, Rusk County, Texas.

Three children are with them. He appeared on the census of 9 April 1930 at E.D.201-23; S.D.12; Sheet 5 B, Justice Precinct 5, Rusk County, Texas; is age 50, married to Affie, and he is farming. Three children are with them.
